See No Evil

Eeeeeeee! Back with book two and its just getting better! Savannah is growing more and now she is gonna need her new strength to get rid of this evil for good. This evil is here to stay and I'm proud with the way this book was written and the power it gave off. Savannah was so grown and powerful that when it came time, she was able to defeat it and things should start to be okay.

Well......maybe not okay right away. The chosen ones have obviously been working on themselves on the power they have and learning to work together to keep everything safe. Which is great, because even though they can win, the forces wont stop until they get what they want. No matter, they will come until they are completely destroyed for life.

Ugh it was one of those times where you try to pace yourself and somehow read the entire book and realize its 5am and you never went to bed. Yeah, it was just that good for me and good thing I already had all three books because the ending. The ending was one of those where you NEED the next book and would flip if you didnt, so I dove right into the next one.

But for this one I give it 5 stars!

Great Addition

Confused at first in the prologue before I quickly figured out that it was actually a future event. Which deeply saddened me. I couldn't believe that this happened. Or was going to happen.

I still felt really hopeless about the Savannah and Hunter relationship so every moment they interacted was saddening and full of despair instead of happiness like the other couples interactions made me feel. I just felt like there was no way for them to be together and felt like they were just delaying the inevitable.

I want to know how Gwen turned out the way she did. She was so different from the rest of her family and I was really saddened and confused about how Gwen turned out how she did. It made Gwen just a little bit more human even if she was crazy, evil and I really didn't like her.

It seems as if people can be so easily convinced? Just by using their feelings against them. And it seemed like the Forces were pretty much using the same play with different characters. I found it slightly frustrating that people could actually fall for this again. It was one thing I really didn't like about See No Evil.

I loved the touching scenes where the two couples were interacting. It made everything seem as if it was less of a big, bad thing. Except when Hunter and Savannah interacted. That was more of an addition to the bad things/feelings.

I wasn't a big fan of the time jumps but I do know they're necessary. I wish they could have been more spread out in their use or less used. But it was necessary to move the plot along so I got over my dislike.

See No Evil was a great addition to the Faded trilogy.

Not only does this book keep you wondering, it's also extremely addicting. After reading the first book in the trilogy, Faded, I couldn't help but buy the next.

Overall, this book was a lovely read, and certainly one I won't forget :]

Utilization= Resources used
Resources available

Productivity= Efficiency x Utilization

= Standard of output produced
Resources available

Utilization refers to how much of the theoretical capacity (or sometimes practical capacity) was actually used during a given period.

Productivity is the ratio of output to input for a given period, where input can consist of labor, material, capital, and/or support services.

Efficiency also describes the relationship between inputs and outputs. The fewer inputs (resources) used to obtain a given output, the greater the efficiency.

What are some of these costs that you should consider in measuring your productivity?

•Cost of Labor including overtime, benefits and incentives.
•Materials & Supplies. If this is a critical item in the costing of the product, you would lay emphasis on how to reduce costs/improve yields rather than introduce labor-savings methods which may reduce yields by high wastage of materials.
•Quality of the product(s) which is often reflected in customer satisfaction or the number of complaints from customers.
•Utilization of Machinery. What is the downtime of your equipment?

Effective Management plays an important part in motivating workers to achieve higher productivity. Various indicators, including feedback from successful Companies around the world have shown that good management accounts for 80 to 90% of productivity increases, against 10 to 20% expected from the direct efforts of workers left on their own.

It is people who create the other resources hence, efficiency cannot be maximized unless the people are motivated and trained to give their best. As you know, morale is not built upon instantly - it is a planned approach requiring the direct interaction of the top decision makers of the Organization.

If you want productivity and the financial rewards that go with it, you must treat your people as your most important asset.

Determining the best Training schedule
. An important scheduling decision is whether to offer the program on a concentrated basis – for example, as a solid week of training – or to spread it out over weeks or months.

Learning
Learning can be defined as the extent to which participants change attitudes, improve knowledge, and/or increase skill as a result of attending the training program.

Training programs on topics like leadership, motivation, and communication can focus at all these objectives.

This book is not a treatise on the above parameters. The focus of the book is simplistic: by providing several checklists and questionnaire, it is hoped that those who use the learning approach by knowing where they are strong and weak (and take corrective action) will fast track their efforts to improve productivity

I would not be without this book. I have it both on my ipad as well as the physical book and continue to use these recipes weekly. I particularly enjoy the beginning of each recipe (written in green) for pointers. The pictures are lovely and the recipes very easy to understand and execute. Thank you Ms. Shaddix for your words of wisdom as well as your husband for helping to grow these beautiful vegetables.
ps....It woud be nice to have a book like this that would feature fall and winter gardens.

Wonderful recipes for the summer garden.

We love this cookbook. The photos are beautiful and we love how the recipes are arranged by food. If you have an abundance of squash in your garden, simply flip to the squash section and there are wonderful new recipes to try. We love the Summer Squash, Bacon and Mozzerella Quiche! Most recipes are light, easy and can be made with what you have around the kitchen. Can't wait for the blackberries to ripen so we can try the Blackberry Margaritas!
