A user friendly guide to the crucial task of staff management for the purpose of positive work performance and evaluation. Setting goals measuring performance and taking action to resolve relevant issues are all important themes contributing to the reading. The theories of sound evaluation for organizational management promote the role of management as being the device to coordinate the issues of work performance from a team effort. With references made toward, action planning to achieve result driven structures of review. Development being supported by the ideas of strategy, appraisal, supervision and the Improving Performance by Wandering Around (IPBWA). The logics of worker focus and control, clarity are also highlighted as important factors contributing to work performance and improving procedures.
