Educational, Informative and Easy to Read

I really found the introduction to the various super foods very helpful and informative. I have several smoothie and healthy eating books that contain great recipes. However, what 51 Fat Burning Smoothies does very well is to educate me on the different foods as well as the pro's and con's of each food. I find this very helpful not only in understanding the food and nutritional value but also to help me plan a very balanced diet without getting stuck on one or two healthy foods. Thanks for an informative little gem of a book.
